The classes start with some mobility & a strength or skill element such as deadlift, squat etc. followed by a metabolic conditioning workout to work up a bit of a sweat. The workouts vary in duration and intensity. As with all our classes they can be scaled to suit every level.
There is also open gym available at this time.
